Voters in FCT struggles to To Locate their Poling Unit

The creation of many new polling units in FCT to easy the voting system brought more pains than blessings, as many resident in the city center were seen struggling, going up and down looking for their polling unit.

In Area 8 more than 1000 voters gathered to vote in just three polling unity while all the new polling unit were empty, as at 11am some new polling unit were empty, as Corps members were seen seating down gisting.

Some new polling unit like 094, 092, 011, 013, amongst others in Area 7, Area 8, Area 1 and Area 2 where they have 4 voters, 17 voters, 3 voters, 27 voters conducted voting within 30 minutes.

One of voters Mr Ezekiel Ekezie lamented: “I have been moving from one polling unit to another looking for mine, I did not see, this is rubbish INEC didn’t try, they want to decongest some polling unit but we can’t locate all the new polling unit, INEC did not want us to vote, that is why we where we were in this country, to getting right is difficult, what a country.

As at the time filling this report, many voters are still on voyage within their area looking for their polling unit.
