The power of a woman, so strong , so resilient, never ebbing, far from caving in, beyond force and macho , soft and calm but enduring, bearing all ,caring for all without rebelling .

The power of a woman. Beyond muscles, like drops of water that deplete rocks and stones, making mountains with the power of consistency split into dimensions and shreds.

The power of a woman, multi-tasking with ease, up and about, even when stress, tiredness and burdens seem overwhelming, she pushes and drags herself to an elastic limit for the sake of family.

She wouldn’t mind starving to make her family comfortable. Gold and wears however expensive can easily be disposed of to put food on the table , pay school fees and hospital bills when situation goes awry.

Nothing is important, cherished and dear to her heart more than the comfort and peace of her family. She does anything to make the family feel good, comfortable and peaceful.

She is powerful but unassuming. Strong but obedient, loyal and very endaring. She understands her place in the life of her husband , never with the mind to trample on his dignity and respect. Her roles and duties as a wife and mother never in abeyance; she does them with strenght, power and dedication regardless of her standing and command in life.

She isn’t a weakling, not one that succumbs to male chaurvinism. She knows boundaries and draws lines with military precision. The power of a woman! So powerful to stop abuses, harassment , intimidation etc on their track without playing up pity cards and dices of vulnerability.

She is that woman who understands the beauty of womanhood, uses it for productive endevours not for seductive baits. The power of a woman! Only the virtuous among them maximize it without abuse. Only the strong among them cherish it and deploy it for creativity. Only the wise among them use it for building bridges to collaborate for impact.

Happy International day for all strong women! You are not an item, not an object, beyond the value of a piece of funiture that can be acquired and disposed of at will. You are human not an object for the gratification of the men’ passion. You are no less compared to him, equal in God’ with nothing in you that gives you deficiency.

You are that powerful woman created and beautifully made not a vulnerable piece in the hands of men. That beautiful piece of God’ work, beyond intimidation, built to empower, to accelerate action for productivity, resourcefulness, love, peace and godly values.

Go! Stand up for your right and never make yourself vulnerable. Stand with your head high in values, virtues, speaking your truth with honour and diginity . You are a woman! Not an object of harrasment. You are a woman not a piece of furniture. You are a woman not an image to be pitied. Stand and make your voice heard and counted.

Stand collaborate with men to achieve results never compete with them for your parts are different and your purpose not same. You compliment while maintaining your uniqueness.
