THE NIGERIAN SOUTHERN SENATORS FORUM COMMISERATES WITH SENATOR ABDULAZIZ MUSA YAR’ADUA AND THE ENTIRE YAR’ ADUA FAMILY OVER THE DEMISE OF THEIR MATRIACH HAJIA DADA MUSA YAR’ADUA

The Nigerian Southern Senators Forum on Monday 2nd September, 2024 commiserated with Senator Abdulaziz Musa Yar’ Adua and the entire Yar’Adua family over the demise of their matriarch Hajia Dada Musa Yar’ Adua.

In a statement personally signed by Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, who is the Chairman of the forum, he said

“I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the beloved mother of our colleague Senator Abdulaziz Musa Yar’Adua, the Chairman of the Northern Senators Forum.

Hajia Dada Musa Yar’Adua was not only a pillar of strength to the Yar’Adua family but also the revered matriarch of one of Nigeria’s most distinguished families.

Senator Abiru was further quoted as saying that “As the mother of the Chairman of the Northern Senators Forum and of our beloved former President, His Excellency Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, she was a source of inspiration, nurturing a legacy of service and leadership that has greatly impacted our nation. Her grace, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to her family and community will forever be remembered”

He concluded by saying” during this time of great loss, I on behalf of the forum extend our heartfelt condolences to Senator Abdulaziz, the entire family and the government and people of Katsina State. May they find comfort in the cherished memories that they shared, and may the Almighty Allah grant her Al Jannah Firdaus. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Please accept my deepest sympathies”
