It will be recalled that for many years, starting from the establishment of the Agency until recently,TAC had continued to deploy Volunteers, among whom were Medical Doctors,Nurses and teachers to Equatorial Guinea. This was to contribute in developing the technical manpower in that country,an aim the current Buba-led leadership at the Agency is seeking to use the present visit to revive.
