Sports dev. ‘ll witness paradym shift in my administration— Sen.Owan Enoh

Newly sworn in minister of sports development, Senator John Owan Enoh has assured Nigerians that sports development will move to the next level of development during his tenure as the minister.

The minister said this would be achievable only with the cooperation and support from the Nigerian people.

Speaking while addressing the management and staff of the ministry,, the minister said though sports development have recorded some levels of development, more expected feats and desire results, would be sustained

According to the minister, efforts would be factioned to give sports development a new direction to meet the aspirations of Nigerians and relaunch sports development in the comity of Nations.

“We will collectively champion the cause of sports development ensure that Tinubu’s blueprint is assiduously improved in line with the sports Development agenda of his administration”

While emphasizing that sports which remains a catalyst for physical and mental development, Senator Owan Enoh stated that the sector will be given the topmost priority and also upscaled for a healthy living as well as ensuring its sustainability

“We are committed to an open door policy to encourage team-based initiatives, regular interactions with the management and staffers as well as other critical partners in the sector.

The minister who noted that the nation was at a critical point where the challenges and opportunities in the sports sector are ever-evolving called for collaborative effort of all the stakeholders in the sports Development to remain focused and work for the development of the sector.
