Senator Barau mourns Liberty TV’s Senate Correspondent, Mohammed Adamu

The Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau I. Jibrin, has mourned the Senate Correspondent of the Liberty TV & Radio, Malam Mohammed Adamu, who died in the early hours of today (Wednesday) in Abuja.

Late Adamu, who hailed from Kaduna State, served as the State House Correspondent of Liberty TV & Radio before his deployment to the National Assembly.

In a statement by his Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, Ismail Mudashir, Senator Barau said the deceased was a hardworking and committed journalist.

Senator Barau extended his condolences to Adamu’s immediate family, the management and staff of Liberty TV and Radio, and members of the Senate Press Corps.

“ With a heavy heart but total submission to the will of Allah SWT, I mourn the passing of Mohammed Adamu, the Senate Correspondent of the Liberty TV & Radio, who died in the early hours of today. He was a hardworking, dedicated and committed journalist. May Allah SWT grant him Jannatul Firdausi.

” My thoughts and prayers are with the immediate family of Adamu, the management and staff of the Liberty TV & Radio and members of the Senate Press Corps. God will grant them strength and patience to endure this loss,” he said.
