By Iyojo Ameh
The Senate has confirmed the appointments of 21 nominees as federal commissioners for the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC). This confirmation follows the presentation of a report by Senator Yahaya Abdullahi, representing Kebbi North.
Recall that President Bola Tinubu forwarded the names of the nominees in August, after which he sought the Senate’s approval.
“The confirmation of these 21 nominees means the commission is now fully constituted, with representation from every state,” Abdullahi said.
Below is the list of the confirmed commissioners:
1. Linda Nkechi Oti — Abia
