Security Agent Arrest Woman Transporting Ammunition to Terrorists in Katsina

Security agent in Katsina State have intercepted a large supply of ammunition intended for terrorists in Katsina state.

The operation, carried out over the weekend, resulted in the apprehension of Aisha Abubakar, who was identified as the transporter.

The arrest came following heightened vigilance by security personnel at a checkpoint in Katsina State.

Officials became suspicious of a luggage loaded onto a Katsina State commercial transport coastal bus.

Upon conducting a thorough search, they discovered a neatly concealed polythene bag containing a substantial quantity of ammunition inside a Bacco-super bag.

Initially denying any connection to the luggage, Aisha Abubakar later confessed to her involvement.

She admitted to transporting the ammunition from Nasarawa State to Katsina State, with the ultimate destination being Yan Tumaki in Dan Musa Local Government Area. Her intention was to deliver the ammunition to terrorists operating in that region.

Aisha Abubakar is currently in custody and will face legal proceedings for her role in the transportation of illegal arms.
