The Concerned Rivers Citizens CRC has countered the false claims by a pro Fubara pseudo group claiming the unthinkable about Rivers lawmakers to compromise a verdict.

CRC asserted that the inducement of Court 4 by Fubara through one retired Judge was still fresh in the memory of Rivers people.

The coordinator of CRC, Emmanuel Chibuzor while addressing the media in PortHarcourt on Sunday night noted that:

“Attention of Concerned Rivers Citizens, CRC has been drawn to the false claims by a pseudo group of Gov Fubara nicknamed .

Citizens Advocacy Against Corruption claiming the unthinkable about Rivers lawmakers compromising verdict.

“They forgot that the obvious settlement of Court 4 by Gov. Fubara, through a retired supreme court judge, was still fresh in the memory of Rivers people.

“The nicodimous moves of the retired judge who has become stupendously rich by running errands for Fubara is in public space.

However, the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly Hon
Martin Amaewhule promptly urged the Judge to recuse himself as Madam Judge had bragged that she had delivered, but the judge refused to, as he was bent on delivering on the agreement.

However, the protest was taken to the head of court, who acted in the interest of fairness and justice.

This action has sent fear and anger among Madam Judge and the Fubara camp thus they have resorted to paid adverts to blackmail the judiciary, one of such being the paid advert by the group tagged Citizens Advocacy Against Corruption.

“We advise Madam Retired Judge to desist from the attempts to compromise the judiciary and urge serving Judicial officers to be weary of the retired Judge, as we have our eyes on her and her daughter that she uses as a front.
