PRESIDENT TINUBU HIGHLIGHTS NIGERIA’S DIVERSITY AS A PATH TO PROSPERITY DURING G-20 SUMMIT IN INDIA

President Bola Tinubu during an engaging interaction with the Nigerian community in India, highlighted Nigeria’s remarkable diversity as a key path to prosperity and national development.
In a press release issued by his Special Adviser on Media & Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu encouraged Nigerians to embrace the country’s unique blend of cultures, talents, and traditions.
He emphasized the importance of leveraging this diversity to drive economic growth, foster innovation, and promote social progress.
While reflecting on the driving force behind his presidential bid, President Tinubu pointed to Nigeria’s abundant human and natural resources and the leadership deficit that has hindered the nation’s progress. He passionately stated, “We possess incredible knowledge and resources; our real deficit lies in leadership. That’s why I embarked on this journey to guide our nation towards its rightful destiny.”
Sharing insights from his personal journey, President Tinubu encouraged Nigerian students studying in India to aspire to greatness through dedication, integrity, and a shift in mindset. He recounted his humble beginnings as a security guard and tutor, underscoring the transformative power of education.
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, outlined President Tinubu’s foreign policy priorities, including a commitment to improve Diaspora engagement. He assured Nigerians living abroad that passport delays would soon be a thing of the past, highlighting the significance of projecting a positive image of Nigeria on the global stage.
Prominent business leader, Mr. Tony Elumelu, echoed the President’s sentiments, reinforcing that Nigeria stood as a prime investment destination brimming with unmatched potential. He stressed that placing faith in Nigerians was synonymous with betting on success, citing the remarkable achievements of Nigerians on a global scale.
