Policewoman praised for Breastfeeding Hungry Baby During Hurricane Recovery

A Policewoman, Arizbeth Dionicio Ambrosio, is being celebrated online for her selfless gesture by breastfeeding a hungry baby during a hurricane recovery exercises in Mexico .

Ambrosio went above and beyond her call of duty when she encountered a desperate mother and her hungry baby in the storm-ravaged city of Acapulco, Mexico.

The city of Acapulco was left in turmoil following the devastating impact of Hurricane Otis, which claimed lives and caused widespread destruction.

During a recovery exercise, Ambrosio heard the desperate cries of a baby in the distance.

Initially, she didn’t investigate the source of the cries. However, when she heard the cries again, her maternal instincts took over, prompting her to take action.

The 33-year-old policewoman discovered a distressed and heartbroken mother next to her four-month-old baby. The baby had gone without food for two days and was crying out of hunger. Without hesitation, Ambrosio offered her help. She told the mother that she was breastfeeding and offered to nurse the hungry infant.

Gratefully, the mother agreed to the officer’s offer, and Ambrosio swiftly began breastfeeding the baby, providing much-needed nourishment and comfort during the difficult post-hurricane conditions.

Ambrosio’s act of kindness and selflessness has touched the hearts of many, earning her praise and recognition for her unwavering dedication to serving and protecting her community during a time of crisis.
