PEPT judgement: Tinibu’s victory lead way to economic recovery—- Nasarawa Speaker *** Congratulates new Nasarawa APC chair

Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi friday described the presidential election petition tribunal delivered in favour of president Ahmed Bola Tinibu as a lead way to the nation’s economic recovery.

He also said Tinibu’s victory at the tribunal was an affirmation of Nigerians mandate genuinely and sincerely given to the president to deliver the nation from it’s economic doldrums.

Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi thrown his weight behind the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) judgment while reacting to the judgement delivered last Wednesday saying the judgement was an affirmation that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was duly elected president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The Speaker who congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Vice President Senator Kashim Shettimah on their resounding victory also felicitated with the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) describing the court verdict as the affirmation and manifestation of the mandate of Nigerian populace given to Mr President and the APC.

He called on all Nigerians to support the President to succeed stating that it was was time for governance tasking the opposition to team up with Tininu to actualize his zeal for the economic recovery of the country.

The speaker while commending the judiciary on the landmark judgements that reflects the wishes and aspirations of Nigerians noted that the judiciary has again demonstrated that it remains the last hope of the common man.

Balarabe Abdullahi equally commended the APC lawyers for painstakingly presented their cases comprehensively and to the best of their abilities resulting to the victory at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal and urged them to keep the flag flying.

Similarly, as Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State clocked One Hundred Days of his second term in office, the Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi has also spoke on the journey so far noting that already the Governor has laid a solid foundation for the peace, unity, progress and transformation of the State.

According to him, the last four years of Governor Abdullahi Sule was eventful as the State has developed tremendously emphasizing that the revenue base of the State has been enhanced greatly and investment foundation was put in place as the State is now attractive for investment.

While noting that the One Hundred days of Governor Abdullahi Sule has saw the Government putting up machinery in motion for consolidation on the previous achievements.

Balarabe Abdullahi called on the entire citizens of the State to continue to pray and support the Governor to enable him deliver on the positive line up of developmental initiative he have for the State.

He re-assured the Governor of the Seventh Assembly’s commitment to give him all the necessary support to enable him succeed in his transformation agenda.
