Omage: The Eagle Has Landed in Ose for Chairmanship

Just like the eagle, Hon. Folorunsho Omage, presently Council Secretary, Ose Local Government, has landed with various programmes and ideas to move the local government forward.

Hon. Omage imbued with the characteristics of strength, power, wisdom and freedom associated with the eagles is set to improve the lives of his people with laudable programmes in his kitty once elected as council chairman.

As a graduate of Philosophy and with his belief in the philosophy that proper preparedness prevents poor performance, Hon.

Omage is well prepared for the onerous tasks of making the local government the cynosure of all eyes, with all the knowledge he had acquired for years.

Apart from his massive experiences in the finance industry, he has served the people in various levels at Ose Local Government among which are Caretaker Committee Member. Supervisory Councilor for Finance.

He was former Financial Secretary, APC, Ose Local Government. Member Security Committee, Inauguration of former governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Late Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu.

Aside many numerous things he had been able to do within his capacities in the past was the facilitation of the establishment of Ikaro Basic Health Centre. The appointment of Ikaro indigenes into Amotekun corps. He also facilitated scholarship into higher institution of some Ikaro indigenes.

He was instrumental to the sitting of Ikaro town hall during Governor Olusegun Mimiko.

In recent past, his visible presence and follow up led to the construction of 1.6km Asphalt Road in his domain by the Ondo State Government.

Out of little, he has also giving cash empowerment to aged and some less privilege in his community.

Hon. Folorunso Omage possesses an enquiring and analytical mind, ability to demonstrate leadership capacity, and a strong desire to learn new things.

A graduate of Philosophy with experience in finance world also holds a masters degree in Public Administration. He has received several awards and accolades from various institutions in recognition of his contributions to every society he belongs to with his undying spirit of service to humanity.

An efficient and effective people mobilizer, Hon. Omage has in the past mobilized his people of citizens towards government programmes and policies and this part of him had made the government of the state appoint him in different capacities in recognition of his efforts

Eagles known for there impressive strength so also is Hon. Folorunso Omage, who like the eagle has landed in Ose Local Government to bring smiles to the face of his people.
