Ogidan Emerges as New President of TMA, Calls for Efficient Petroleum Management

Dr. Steve Ogidan has merged as the New President of a Business Professional Group, Turnaround Management Association, TMA.

Speaking in Abuja while taking over the mantle of leadership of the Association, Dr.

Steve Ogidan called for efficient management of process of petroleum towards addressing challenges in the sector.

Dr. Ogidan who throw his weight behind fuel subsidy removal said if Dangote Refinery is able to get enough crude in Nigeria, the country would be able to reduce the cost of fuel by 35 percent because the cost implications of importing it would be out of it.

He also stressed the need for the resuscitation of the nation’s ailing refineries towards improving the country’s oil industry.

According to him, the Turnaround Management Association, TMA, js the global leader in the field of business turnaround and corporate renewal, with over 10,000 members across 54 chapters worldwide and its chapter, TMA-NIG, has continuously strived to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and excellence, playing a critical role in guiding organizations through challenging times.

“As you are well aware, the world has witnessed significant changes in recent years and the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, coupled with economic uncertainties and technological shifts, has presented businesses with unprecedented challenges.
