First Lady of Kogi State, Hajia Sefinat Ododo Usman has felicitated with the Muslim faithful in the state as they celebrate Eid el-Fitr.

Hajia Sefinat congratulated Muslims on completing the Ramadan fast and urged them to hold on to the lessons learned during the holy month.

“The resilience and patience demonstrated during Ramadan is a sacrifice that will be met with proportionate blessings from Allah,” she said.

She stressed that she would continue to champion efforts that improve the plight of women, children and the vulnerable citizens of the state.

Hajia Sefinat expressed optimism that the administration of Governor Usman Ododo would work hard to deliver on the campaign promises to the people of the state.

“As we celebrate Eid, let us extend a helping hand to the less privileged.

May the Eid celebration be a time for love, modesty, and support for those in need.” She added.

The First Lady also called on Muslims to intensify prayers for the state, nation, and its leaders.
