Gubernatorial candidate of the APC, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq emerged winner of the 2023 governorship election in Kwara state

The State Returning Officer of the Governorship Election in Kwara State, Professor Isaac Itodo of the Federal University of Agriculture Markurdi has announced the APC Gubernatorial candidate of the APC, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq as winner of the 2023 governorship of the state.

Announcing the the result at the state Inec collation Center in Ilorin , Professor Itodo said, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, having satisfied the requirement of the law, scoring the highest vote 273, 424 is hereby returned winner.

The incumbent governor of Kwara State defeated his closest rival, Abdullahi Yaman of PDP, who scored the total number of 155,490
