Governor Ododo Gets Accolades as Hon Daniel Abutu Accepts Offer of Appointment

The newly appointed Director of Protocol to the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Hon Daniel Abutu has expressed his heartfelt appreciation to His Excellency Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo for the opportunity to serve the state.

Abutu, who was appointed to the position, said he is honored to be part of the Ododo administration, which has been making waves in the state with its development projects and policies.

He also thanked his Direct Principal, the Deputy Governor, His Excellency, Elder Joel Salifu for the trust bestowed on him to serve as his Director of Protocol.

“I am grateful to His Excellency for this appointment, and I promise to work tirelessly to ensure that the government’s policies and programs are successfully implemented,” Abutu said.

Abutu also commended Governor Ododo for his commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance, which he said has earned the state a reputation as a model for good governance in Nigeria.

The newly appointed Director of Protocol also praised Governor Ododo’s efforts to develop the state’s infrastructure, including roads, bridges, and buildings, which he said has improved the quality of life for citizens.

Abutu’s appointment is seen as evidence of Governor Ododo’s commitment to inclusivity and diversity in his administration, as well as his desire to tap into the skills and expertise of talented individuals like Abutu.

“My deepest appreciation goes to Hon. Alfa Muhammad Nasiru, the Kogi State Director General Community Watch and Ancillary Matters. I’m indeed grateful to you for the resiliency you demonstrated to secure the victory I’m celebrating today. Your support and encouragement have truly made this appointment memorable. It’s my duty to live up to the trust you’ve bestowed in me, and I’m ready to cough out my whole nine yards in this regard”

While appreciating the leadership of All Progressive Congress (APC) he also thanked all members of the Kogi East Like Minds Network for Ododo/Oyibo (KELMNOs) stressing that their continued support and prayers have just paid off. He promised to uphold the principles and values shared.

As Abutu settles into his new role, he is expected to bring his wealth of experience and knowledge to bear on the government’s policies and programs, and to work closely with other officials to drive development in the state.
