Gov. Sule visit to Wike: reread your ultrances or face legal action, APC warns Nasarawa PDP ****says party action capable of inflaming crisis

Following the controversy trailing the Nasarawa state governor Abdullahi Sule visit to the minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) minister, Nyesom Wike, the ruling All Progressive Congress APC has warned the major opposition PDP to face it’s travails or face legal action.

APC in a statement issued and signed by the publicity secretary, Chief Douglas Otaru and made available to our correspondent in Lafia monday said the legal action may become the last options of the party to stem the unaberted falsehood and ember of disunity amongst the residents.

According to the statement, “the attention of the All progressives Congress (APC) Nasarawa State has been drawn to publications in some sections of the media credited to the state Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party; Hon.

It is very apparent that the said statement is a calculated attempt to cause security infractions within the state, acknowledged by many Nigerians to be among the most peaceful in the country.It is most unfortunate.

The party in the statement claimed that it was not surprising that such a statement is coming from the opposition to cause disharmony in Nasarawa State.

“While we take exception to their desperation to gain control of Government machinery, we wish to sound a note of caution to Hon. Orogu and his party to desist from such politics.

The party explained that at it await the reaffirmation by the Governorship Elections Petition Tribunal of their victory at the last governorship polls, it would not be distracted by the media propaganda of the opposition PDP.

“We wish to remind PDP and it’s leadership to allow the ruli g party and it’s governor, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule who has excelled in both private and public endeavors to diver the dividends of democracy to the people of Nasarawa state. His versatile managerial experiences is what he has brought to bear in reengineering the social, economic and political defects of the state”, the statement declared.

On the visit of the Governor to the office of the Honourable Minister of FCT, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, the statement added that it was unfortunate that the PDP and its leaders have refused to acknowledge the collaborative visit to the FCT Minister, which is aimed at enhancing development and strengthening the security achievements made by the Governor Abdullahi A. Sule, APC led administration in Nasarawa State.
