” Gov. BALA HAS DESCREATED OUR REVERED INSTITUTION” ….NORTH- EAST ELDERS

The Suspension of the former Minister for Special Duties, Bello Kirfi, as the Wazirin Bauchi and Member of the Bauchi Emirate Council has continue to generate tension in the state .
The Bauchi state Government over the weekend has announced the suspension of Bello Kirfi by the Bauchi State Emirate Council for an alleged ” disloyalty and disrespect” to Governor Bala Mohammed.
But in a swift reactions a group of North- East Coalition For Peace in collaboration with The Bauchi Youths for peaceful initiative has said rather than blaming the Emirate Council for the suspension of the Wazirin Bauchi, the Executive Governor Bala Mohammed should be held responsible saying that ” Governor Bala Mohammed, has Descreted the Bauchi and by implications the entire Northern Emirate Council for removing a 96 years old Wazirin from office ”
The group stated this at a joint press briefing in Abuja, on Sunday while urging the people and loyalists of the Wazirin Bauchi, Bello Kirfi, to remain calm and allow the next Governorship election to determine the fate of the incumbent Governor Bala Mohammed, as the next Governor of Bauchi state”
” We are appealing to the people to remain calm and law abiding for this provocative action by Governor Bala Mohammed, which defied logic and due process in the management of crisis in an institution like the Bauchi state Emirate Council” Dr.
Speaking further Gololo said ” This Democracy , to check any excess of leaders is to use your PVC. What Governor Bala Mohammed had done is a campaign for the All Progressive Congress ( APC), Candidate Air Vice Marsha Saidiq Abubakar, who was already coasting home victory as a result of the alleged poor performance of the People’s Democratic party Government in the state ”
” We thought Governor Bala Mohammed, would rather use this period to address issues that bother the ordinary Bauchi indigenes like alleged infrastructural decay, backlog of pensions and areas but here we are ”
Recall the Bauchi State Government had stripped Bello Kirfi, of his traditional titles” Wazirin Bauchi” and removed him from being a member of the Emirate Council for the second time in five years.
