Foundation Takes Action to Alleviate Food Crisis in Nigeria

In response to the escalating food crisis in Nigeria, the StrictPush Foundation has launched a significant feeding program in Gaba Village, in Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The initiative by the StrictPush Foundation comes at a crucial time to provide immediate relief to over 1000 individuals in the community who are grappling with hunger and deprivation.

Led by Mr.

Edema Alfred Obaseki, the president of the foundation, the event aimed to address the urgent need for food assistance in the community.
Mr. Ayodeji Eniayeye, the country director and executive secretary of the foundation, stressed the importance of collective action and sustainable solutions in tackling the root causes of food insecurity in Nigeria.

The feeding program received overwhelming support from both the local community and neighboring areas, with residents expressing gratitude for the timely intervention by the foundation.

Mrs. Fatima Adams, a beneficiary of the program, expressed relief and appreciation for the much-needed assistance, acknowledging the severity of the food crisis facing her community. Similarly, Mrs. Joseph Grace shared the challenges her family encountered in accessing nutritious meals amidst skyrocketing food prices.

Beyond providing immediate relief, the StrictPush Foundation remains committed to implementing sustainable solutions to combat food insecurity in Nigeria. By empowering communities with resources and knowledge, the foundation aims to break the cycle of dependence on external assistance and build resilience against future crises.
