Bridging agricultural and management gap, the Emmanuel Manase Alanana style

History of Nasarawa State and indeed Nigeria will remain kind to the current programme manager of Nasarawa state Agricultural Development Programmes (ADP), Comrade Emmanuel Manase Alanana for consistently setting the pace in agric development and the managerial disposition being deployed the sector.

It is public knowledge that Comrade Emmanuel Manase Alanana is among the few programme managers of agricultural Development Programmes in Nigeria, especially the North Central states where he has not left behind citizens of the state in terms of managerial capability, prudent management of resources, expeditiously adding value to agric development, increasing the wide spread of knowledge in policy formulation and implementor since assumption of office as ADP manager in Nasarawa as well as the chairman of the Forum of ADP managers in Nigeria.

Despite paucity of funds retardation causing dwindling in the economy, Alanana has revitalize, reengineer, reinvigorate, recreate and resigned policies and programmes of ADP in Nasarawa which has become a pace setter for other states of the federation.

ADP manager in Nasarawa state has not only brought infrastructural transformation into agric which has not only revived and rationalized the sector within Nasarawa State but celebrated beyond the shores of Nasarawa where many have failed.

While, on the saddle, Comrade Emmanuel Manase Alanana hardly got commendations for his glaring achievements even amongst his officials, admirers, because he wasn’t a prodigal son; he appeared a good manager of funds hence the reason the Nasarawa state governor, Abdullahi Sule undoubtedly designate him as one amongst equal in terms of financial management held him high in several and multiple responsibilities as he has continued to propel the state by building on the foundation he governor Abdullahi Sule laid in terms of prudent management of resources at his disposal.

Alanana has not only demonstrated the capability of a competent manager for all as no record of political victimisation has been established since assumption of office. As open minded as he seem to be, as well as maintaining frank and cordial relationship with his principal officers and other subordinate staffers with his sophisticated managerial strategy, as it is always said, that in every twelve, there must be a Judas, Alanana has been able to apply the God given wisdom to drive the ADP mandate.

The most notable and feasible gabs in the state ADP which the manager has bridged to launch him to the folds of the Chief executive of the state ,( Governor) is the close monitoring and suppervision of implements, equipments, faithful distribution and sales of fertilizers either from the FG or from the state to the end users without favour or discrimination irrespective of sex, religion, political and ethnic inclinations.

Other areas Alanana has made a remarkable breakthrough is the unification of all Farmers, staff in the state through the provision of huge welfare and once to es to members of the society regardless of political party, tribe and religion.

The ADP giant analyst said has not failed in any field of responsibility as he is well on course, prepared and ready for higher responsibilities to robustly contribute to unimaginable growth and development of Nasarawa State and beyond not only in the area of agriculture.

These enviable character traits of comrade Emmanuel Manase Alanana observers said will sharpen Nasarawa managerial instrument to drive the state to launching more successes, pave the way for a clean, holistic and an all inclusive managerial responsibility, one which and every member of the society will feel free to emulate.

His landmark managerial disposition will no doubt reawaken dead confidence in public psyche, restore an enduring challenges on those saddled with public trust.

His positive impact is being felt in many ways by the people of Nasarawa and indeed Nigerians at large as he is gradually bridging the gap in Nasarawa public trust, which he hopes to achieve through massive engagements with people from different groups and parties with accompanying huge welfare to extreme needy in the society if placed with more challenges as tested and trusted
