Bauchi APC Suspends Chair Over Alleged Anti-Party Activities

The Bauchi State, All Progressives Congress, APC, has announced the suspension of its Chairman Mr Babayo Misau from the party over alleged anti-party activities.

Ibrahim Zangd Lawan, disclosure this on Saturday, at the press briefing, he called on the national leadership of the party to take note of the development.

He said: “We are here today to announce the suspension of Bauchi State, All Progressives Congress, APC, Chairman Mr Babayo Misau from our party over anti-party activities, for us to suspense him in a ward mean that he can’t be a member in the state.

“We took this decision because the chairman and now the former has be found guilty of anti-activities.

“We do not wish to dwell on numerous anti-party activities that have been labelled against him including financial recklessness which is already in the public domain.

“Worst again, he decided to openly display his ballot paper without voting for the gubernatorial candidate of his party,” he said.
