Afegbua Royal family announces burial rites for their Brother died at 84

The final burial rites for the late Prince malik Afegbua of Ibeki Quarters, Awoyemi-Okpella, Edo State have been slated for September 12th to 15th, 2024.

The burial arrangement was contained in a statement signed by Prince malik Afegbua and made available to newsmen.

According to the statement, Service of Song/Wake Keeping for late Prince Malik will be held at his family residence, Ibeki Quarters, Awoyrmi-Okpella on Thursday, 12th September, 2024 at exact 7pm, while the funeral service will hold on Friday, 13th September, at St.

Paul’s Anglican Church, Awoyemi-Okpella, at 9 to 10:30 in the morning.

It stated that reception and entertainment of guests will follow immediately after the committal at Ikpomaza Grammar School Football Field, Awoyemi-Okpella by 12 noon.

The burial ceremonies will be concluded with a thanksgiving service on Sunday, 15th September 2024 at St. Paul’s Anglican Church at 9 to 11am.

Prince Malik is survived by a wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, in-laws, relations and friends.
