Senator Kalu Felicitates Super Falcon on uncommon feat

The former Governor of Abia State and Senator representing Abia North Senatorial district, Dr. Orji Kalu has felicitate the Super Falcon on their uncommon feat in the on going FIFA female world cup, 2022.

The lawmaker sent his felicitation on his Facebook page where he praised them for displaying an uncommon dexterity.

“I congratulate the Super Falcons of Nigeria for qualifying for round 16 at the 2023 FIFA women’s world cup.

He also urged the Super Falcons to keep the flag of Nigeria flying, saying, “I wish them a continued victory in their matches in future”.

The Super Falcon advance to the knockout stage after a goalless draw against Ireland in the ongoing FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia; making it the first time in the history of the round leather game that an African team will navigate through the group stage without a defeat.

Th Super Falcons are second in Group B with five points, while Ireland exit the tournament with one point.
