Ministerial Nominees canvasses for quality Healthcare across the country

The Ministerial Nominee from Cross River state, Betta Edu has advocated improvement in the nation’s health institutions for training and retraining of health workers.

She stated this while answering questions from senators during the screening exercise in Abuja.

She also suggested that the country should provide another platform to engage health personnel apart from present direct structure for greater efficiency.

Edu advised that issues regarding the nation’s health should not be treated with kid gloves.

A total of Fourteen Ministerial Nominees were screened during the first day of the screening exercise at the committee of the whole.
