10th NASS: Senator-elect advocates leaders with capacity

The senator- elect from Zamfara Central, Ikira Aliyu Bilbis , says the 10th Senate will only vote for leaders with capacity to lead the red chamber in the interest of the country.

Alhaji Bilbis stated this while fielding questions from Newsmen during the first batch of induction course for the tenth National Assembly in Abuja.

He told newsmen that the peoples Democratic party, PDP is intact despite the zoning arrangement of the ruling All Progressives Congress,APC.

He described the induction as excellent and very educative adding that it would assist some of the lawmakers on how to carry out their legislative duties.

Senator-elect Bilbis while applauding the induction programme said it would also guide lawmakers on the type of legislative aids to employ for effective legislation…
