Senator Echocho Distributes Educational Materials to Public Schools in Kogi East

In a bid to enhance the quality of education in Kogi East, Distinguished Senator Isah Jibrin (Echocho) has distributed essential educational materials to public schools across the senatorial district.
The initiative aligns with the educational policies of Governor Usman Ododo’s administration, aiming to support pupils, empower teachers, and promote a conducive learning environment in the region.
This was made known in a release signed by Mikail Ibrahim, SA Media to Sen Isah Jibrin Echocho.
The materials provided include double-detached school desks and chairs, exercise books, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, whiteboards, markers, mathematical sets, calculators, and teacher’s and visitor’s tables, among others.
Speaking at the distribution ceremony, Mr. Shehu M. Ebune, Chairman of the Forum of Education Secretaries in Kogi East, received the items on behalf of the schools. He expressed profound gratitude to Senator Jibrin, describing the donation as a timely intervention to address critical needs in the education sector.
“These materials will significantly improve the learning conditions for our students and provide much-needed support to the teachers. We are deeply appreciative of Senator Jibrin’s commitment to education and his generosity,” Mr. Ebune remarked.
The event was held in an atmosphere of excitement and joy, with students expressing their happiness and appreciation for the thoughtful gesture. The distribution underscores Senator Jibrin’s dedication to the educational advancement of his constituency.
