Abuja: Divine Love of Christ Family Celebrates 2nd Annual Anniversary

The Divine Love of Christ Family, Abuja, has celebrated its 2nd Annual Anniversary.

On the occasion in Gwagwalada Abuja, the Minister in charge of First Baptist Church, Paiko Kore, Reverend Prof.

Reverend Prof Siyan Peters whose topic of his sermon is “Love in Action”, said the two ways in love is in deed through definate action and in truth through emulation of Jesus Christ.

Taking his text from the book of 1st John chapter 3 verse 18 admonished members of the Family to be united in love for the progress of the Association and its members.

While highlighting the love of Jesus Christ for the whole world and that of good Samaritan, the Clergyman enjoined them to shun hatred and continue to support and sacrifice for one another in love.

Earlier, the President of Divine Love of Christ Family, Mr Gbemileke Moses, JP expressed gratitude to God for His divine blessings, protection and guidance among all members of the Family.

Mr Gbemileke said the annual anniversary which always comes up every December provides opportunity for the Family to give thanks to God and reflect on the outgoing year as well as strategy for a better new year..

While felicitating with his members on this year’s anniversary, Mr Gbemileke Moses wished them a merry Christmas and prosperous 2025 in advance.

Members of the Family also expressed gratitude to God for giving them the grace to witness this year’s anniversary.

Highpoints of the celebration were presentation of gifts to Mr Gbemileke Moses and other Executives members of the Family who have successfully served their two terms.
