Nasarawa Council polls: Former NPHCDA Executive Director/CEO, calls for peaceful elections, canvasses support for APC

Ahead of Nov. 2nd local government elections in Nasarawa state,the former Director, Chief Executive officer of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency, ( NPHCDA) , Dr Faisal Shuaib has called for peaceful conduct of the polls
Speaking during a zonal meeting of the All Progressive Congress APC, Nasarawa West in Keffi, Dr Shuaib canvasses support for the party and urged the people of the state to vote for all the candidates of APC during the forthcoming November.
According to the APC chieftain, the zonal meeting was called to galvanized, sensitized and to appeal to the people of the zone to be unanimous bin the votes in order to realize the dream of the party in the state.
“We are here to prepare for the forthcoming local government election in the state.
“We had fruitful discussion and by God’s grace victory will be ours in the Nov. 2nd Local Government election in the state” former NPHCDA Director stated
Dr Faisal, a respected party team-player, commended Governor Sule for superintending over the transparent consensus arrangement where APC chairmanship and councillorship candidates emerged.
Earlier, the APC Zonal Chairman, Keffi West, Isaiah Aga had appreciated the party stakeholders for attending the meeting, assuring of their readiness to galvanize support for the success of the party in the election and beyond.
City Post recalled that other stakeholders at the meeting include: Hon. Aliyu Tijani, Federal Commissioner/ Chief Executive Officer of the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons, Arch. Shehu Tukura, Prof. Mohammed Sani Haruna, former Executive Vice Chairman of National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI)
Others are Hon. Muhammed Garba Isimbabi, Member Representing Toto/Gadabuke at the State House of Assembly, Hon. Ibrahim Aliyu Nana, Member Representing Keffi West at the State House of Assembly, Barr. Labaran Magaji, State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, among others
