Senator Makarfi Loses Son in Tragic Car Accident

Faisal Makarfi, son of Senator Ahmed Makarfi, former governor of Kaduna State, has passed away in a tragic car accident.

The fatal incident occurred on Saturday evening in Kaduna.

Condolences have been pouring in from across the country; Adolphus Wabara, Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Board of Trustees (BoT), expressed deep sorrow over the loss, calling it a “profound tragedy.

”

In an official condolence message, Wabara conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to the grieving family. “Losing a child is an unimaginable pain, and we stand with him during this very difficult time,” the message reads.

He further noted that Faisal’s passing is not just a personal loss to the Makarfi family but a blow to all who knew him.

“Dr. Faisal’s passing is not only a loss to his family but to all those whose lives he touched through his dedication and compassion,” Wabara said, highlighting the impact Faisal had on those around him.

Prayers have been offered for the family, with many calling on Almighty Allah to grant them the strength to bear the tragic loss. “We pray that Almighty Allah, in His infinite mercy, grants the family strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss,” Wabara added.

Faisal Makarfi is set to be laid to rest this morning in accordance with Islamic rites.
