INEC Emphasizes Fair Play Ahead of Edo and Ondo Governorship Elections

In anticipation of the forthcoming governorship elections in Edo and Ondo States, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has issued a stern warning against the misuse of incumbency powers by politicians.
The cautionary statement, signed by Sam Olumekun, INEC’s National Commissioner and Chairman of Information and Voter Education Committee, highlights the commission’s commitment to ensuring fairness in the electoral process.
This comes in light of the final publication of candidates for the elections, prompting INEC to stress the importance of equal access to public facilities and resources for all political parties and candidates.
