2023: NURTW, Delta Orators, Urhobo Musicians endorse Atiku-Okowa, PDP candidates

Members of the National Union of Road Transport Workers Delta State Chapter (NURTW), have given their support to Atiku/Okowa and Sheriff/Onyeme Presidential and Governorship tickets of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) respectively.

Addressing journalists shortly after a meeting of the group with the key stakeholders of the PDP on Friday in Asaba, the Chairman of the NURTW Delta state chapter, Chief Francis Arhiyor, stated that their support is for the Atiku/Okowa ticket in this year’s general elections.

He said that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is a candidate with wealth of experience on the issues of governance in this country, having served as the Vice President of the country for eight years.

According to Chief Arhiyor, “You will agree with me that some of us who are members of the union are part of the politics of this country.

“So we are here today to officially let the world know that we support the Atiku/Okowa ticket in the forth coming Presidential elections.

He stated that given the track records of the former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, the Atiku/Okowa ticket will solve the myriad of problems being faced by Nigerians today.

The NURTW boss in the state said that, “It is good to know that we are endorsing Atiku/Okowa ticket as our candidates.
